Off-Road Aces Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 23, 2026
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered.
To be eligible for review, you must contact Off-Road Aces within 7 days after delivery using the customer support contact listed on our website. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Keep the item and original packaging until your request is resolved. We may require the item to be returned for inspection.
If we approve your request, we may, at our discretion:
● Send a replacement item, if available; or
● Issue a refund for the purchase price of the affected item.
We will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate based on the circumstances, the condition of the item, and product availability. We are not required to provide both a replacement and a refund. If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.
Unless we confirm otherwise in writing, you are responsible for shipping costs to return an item for inspection. If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered, we may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or provide other shipping instructions. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during a return shipment that is not packaged or shipped as instructed.
This policy does not cover damage or problems caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, improper care, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or use contrary to the product instructions. We may deny a request if the item is not returned when requested, if the required information is not provided, or if the request is submitted after the 7-day period.
Giveaway entries and purchases are not refundable solely because an entrant changes their mind, does not win the Sweepstakes, or is otherwise dissatisfied with the outcome of the Sweepstakes.
Off-Road Aces reviews all refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to request additional information, inspect an item, approve or deny a request, and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
